Ms. J. Eldine Romella, (MLIS, M.Phil, UGC-NET), Assistant Professor in DLIS at Bishop Heber College, specializes in Management, Knowledge Management, and Library Classification. She’s published three articles, edited twelve Conference proceedings, organized conferences, FDPs, and outreach programs, and coordinates the Philately Club at the College Level. She’s a MALA lifetime member.
