Psychology is a very attractive subject to many. But today’s Psychology has lost an integral vision of the human person. The scholastic Psychology, especially that of St. Thomas Aquinas, the author argues presents a wholistic view of the human person. Such a view takes in to account the ethical and moral aspects of the human person. This is in contrast to the popular, commercial Psychology used merely as an instrument to address particular mental aspects of the human person.
